A Day in the Life

Max is an explorer. I'm not sure when we made the transition from baby to toddler but there is no more baby in our boy. A few of his favorite things: throwing objects (balls, sippy cups, shoes). Eating (broccoli, chicken, wine corks). Swimming (in the bathtub, in the pool). Pushing buttons (on the remote, on the elevator, on the phone). Maybe after I get my PhD, I will identify the gene that regulates falling out and throwing tantrums, then design a safe and effective drug to TURN IT OFF, because really, Max, is it that serious? It's all good though, hopefully he'll get the "terrible twos" out of his system by 18 months.

On the Fence

We had a fun time at the first On the Fence outdoor art show in our new 'hood. As you can see, Max enjoyed the art and the killer performance by Project: Greenius. Who says Hip Hop and clarinets don't vibe? Nobody who knows better...

First comes Love, then comes Baby Carriage...

then comes Max's parents united in Marriage. Isn't that how the song goes? Look out for a party this summer.
